CLAT 2017 Rank Predictor is a tool which is used to predict your estimated rank before the announcement of the result. With the help of the rank predictor, students can estimate their expected rank & rank percentile. Students can also check the possibility of getting any of the participating National Law Universities (NLUs) or other Institution which accept the CLAT score card.

Candidates can predict their estimated ranks with the use of the answer key. The authority will release the answer key after a few days of the examination. This is not the official rank, whenever the official rank announced we will update it here.

The Notification for CLAT 2017 has been released on 31st December 2016. Candidates who are interested in law courses can apply for CLAT 2017 through online mode only. CLAT Exam Pattern 2017

CLAT examination will be held on 14th May 2017 through online mode (Computer Based Test). The exam duration will be two hours (2 hours). The question paper will be asked in English Language only. The question paper will be of objective type (Multiple choice questions). For each correct answer, one mark will be awarded to the candidate. There is negative marking of 1/4th (0.25 marks) for each wrong answer. The CLAT 2017 Exam pattern for UG & PG programmes are given here:

CLAT Application Form 2017

Candidates can fill the CLAT 2017 Application Form from the 1st January 2017. The application form is available through online mode. There is no other process to fill the application form. CLAT Registration 2017 will be ended in the 31st March 2017. Candidates must keep the print copy of the filled application form for further reference.

Application Fee

The fee can be submitted through Credit Card/Debit Card/Net Banking. The application fee is Rs. 4000 (Rs. 3500 for SC/ST Category).

Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility criteria are given here:

  • For UG courses, candidates have to clear their 10+2 or equivalent examination & secure at least 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category).
  • For PG courses, candidates have to pass LL.B or equivalent degree & score at least 55% marks (50% marks for SC/ST category).
  • Appearing candidates can also apply.
  • The upper age limit will be 20 years (as on 1st July 2017) for general candidates and 22 years (as on 1st July 2017) for reserved categories to apply for CLAT examination (UG courses).

How to Apply for CLAT 2017

CLAT Application Form 2017 will be filled through online mode. Candidates have to follow the following steps to apply for CLAT 2017:

  • Go to the official link.
  • Click on that link.
  • Now, click on the “Apply Online” link.
  • Candidates have to register themselves by choosing programme Applied for & entering their personal information.
  • Click on the submit button.
  • After submission of the personal details, the “USER ID” & “PASSWORD” will be sent to registered email Id & Mobile number of the candidates.
  • Candidates have to login with the user id & password.
